- Fatui Meetup - Genshin Impact -

Allgemein:
Hi Hi, da ich am Samstag als Dottore unterwegs bin, organisiere ich ein Fatui Treffen! Es sind alle willkommen, egal ob canon, genderbend, etc. und es können Charaktere auch mehrfach vorkommen! Auch ohne Cosplay könnt ihr gerne kommen. Am meisten würde es mich freuen wenn möglichst viele erscheinen, und alle 11 Harbingers vollständig wären. Ich selber bin kein Fotograf aber falls jemand Kontakte hat, oder selber Fotos machen würde (egal ob mit Handy oder professionelles Equipment) wär ich auch sehr dankbar.

Wo und Wann?
Wir treffen uns bei gutem Wetter vor den Eingang des Japangartens um 13:45.
Bei schlechtem Wetter muss das Treffen leider ausfallen. Haltet also am besten den Wetterbericht im Auge!

Fotos, Videos, etc.:
Beim Photoshoot muss man natürlich nicht teilnehmen wenn man nicht will. Wer die Fotos, Videos im Nachhinein möchte (die von meiner Seite aus gemacht wurden) meldet sich am besten bei mir. Falls Insta keine Möglichkeit ist, kann man gerne näheres am Tag des Treffens besprechen. Alles andere muss untereinander ausgemacht werden.

Regeln:
-Es ist Untersagt Fotos zumachen von Leuten die nicht ihr Einverständnis gegeben haben.
-Man kümmert sich um eine Person falls nach Hilfe gefragt wird, bzw. wenn man merkt dieser geht es nicht gut.
-Grenzen werden respektiert und eingehalten!
-Keine Belästigung, Mobbing, etc. egal welcher Art, auch wenn man nicht am Treffen teilnimmt.
-Falls ich oder jemand anderes ähnliches bemerkt, bitte ich ausdrücklich jemanden Bescheid zugeben damit Konflikte geregelt werden können, bzw. Hilfe geholt werden kann!

General:
Hi everyone! Since I'll be cosplaying as Dottore on Saturday, I'm organizing a Fatui meetup! Everyone is welcome, whether you're canon, genderbend, etc., and multiple characters are welcome! Even without cosplay, you're welcome to come. I'd be most happy if as many people as possible could attend, and if all 11 Harbingers were present. I'm not a photographer myself, but if anyone has contacts or would like to take photos (with a phone or professional equipment), I'd be very grateful.

Where and When?
We'll meet in front of the Japanese Garden entrance at 1:45 PM, weather permitting.
If the weather is bad, the meetup will unfortunately have to be canceled. So, it's best to keep an eye on the weather forecast!

Photos, videos, etc.:
Participation in the photoshoot is entirely optional. If you'd like to receive the photos and videos I took afterward, please contact me. If Instagram isn't an option, we can discuss the details on the day of the meeting. Anything else needs to be arranged privately.

Rules:
-It is forbidden to take photos of people who haven't given their consent.
-Please be available to help anyone who asks for it or if you notice they are feeling unwell.
-Boundaries must be respected and observed!
-No harassment, bullying, or anything of the sort, even if you're not participating in the meet-up
-If I or anyone else notices anything similar, please let someone know so that conflicts can be resolved and help can be sought!
