➖ 17:00 (5:00 PM): Meetup begins! Photographers, if you can fly in right at the start, that would be absolutely ideal. Let’s get those cameras rolling early!

➖ Before 17:30: Hey, if the hype is too real and we start snapping pictures early, I totally get it. Go wild!

➖ 17:30 (5:30 PM) - THE MAIN EVENT: We are gathering everyone for a massive, final-form group photo and a short video recording. Cosplayers, fans, photographers—let's pack the frame!
